Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disease that characterized by elevated blood glucose levels. Warfarin an anticoagulant drug often used to treat and prevent microvascular macrovascular complications. This study wanted find out the effect of warfarin on tail bleeding time male Wistar rats with type 2 diabetes model. quasi-experimental posttest research design in vivo control group model DMT2 induced nicotinamide streptozotocin, experimental was given at dose mg/Kg body weight. The number samples as many 24 tails. were divided into 4 groups, namely DM + Warfarin, Aquades, Normal Aquades. Data analyzed Kruskal-Wallis Mann-Whitney tests. results average duration for each 1200 ± 0.00 seconds, Aquades 913 194.84 1173.3 65.31 619.3 319.64 seconds. test showed there time.
